小白看：《後退，原來是向前_周錫瑋的人生後手學》天下

綜覽全書，說的是管理。
其中支柱，乃是有為有守及無住生心。

當前普世的弊病乃是短視以及自私，
反映在政治上、經濟發展上最為顯著。

前兩天聯合報上一連串的社會企業報導，
正是紓解資源過度集中造成貧富差距過大的狀況的一條道路。
資本主義為求效率、效果，像滾雪球般不斷集中所有的資源，
此間若無社會關懷及責任心態，就會造成雪球間此消彼長、周圍無水露可沾的狀況。

社會企業修正資本主義的出發點，以利他為宗旨，希望自源頭改變現況。

政治人物同樣，
如果只做表面文章、短視近利，同時希望自己出風頭、不願他人光采，
這樣的自私心理會害到更多人：市民、國民、所有人類。

站在相續不斷的歷史長流中，
該設法扮演個隨順因緣、無住生心的角色，
想著如何承先啟後？
如何普利有情？
是政治家、企業家、普及市井庶民應該思考的議題。

Little White think: You're watching me... I Am Watching You!

I know there are lots of people work overtime, and it's no big deal to accumulated 150 hours in two months. What really enraged me is the attitude.

"It's abnormal." "Don't work overtime."

"Oh, it seems that the business is increasing."

"We won't pay novice for overtime in 3 months."

"Oh, I got wrong message, and it is 6 months"

"Take some time off. Don't waste it."

"I can pretend I approve in mistake."

"I didn't tell you to cancel those application."

"..."

WTH

It's the culture here. Moreover, I believe it happens everywhere. So, just take it for granted. Then decide the next move.

小白看：總舖師

劇情上，
KUSO的部分讓人輕鬆觀看，
憨人師以及沾醬油的父女親情讓內涵提升了些。
總之，
看電影就放輕鬆去看就好了，
不論他用了中華一番的梗或是甚麼其他的，
觀眾有共鳴、看得愉快才是重要的。

最終，我想是印證我哭點低吧...

The "KUSO" parts in this movie make audiences laugh as the emotion of "憨人師" and "沾醬油" enrich the storyline. However, do no more analysis and never mind those plots had been used in other movies, just relax when we're watching. Entertainment is the main purpose.

Finally, I realized I'm easy to cry again.
